Certified Coaching Council (CCC) Certification Program Enrollment Agreement

  1. Parties and Definitions

This Certification Program Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Certified Coaching Council, LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business in Broward County, Florida (hereinafter “CCC”), and the enrolling individual (“Participant”).

For purposes of this Agreement:

  • “Program” refers to the CCC Certification Program, which includes all coursework, live sessions, online materials, and assessments.
  • “Content” refers to all intellectual property, materials, recordings, documents, and digital assets created or provided by CCC or its affiliates during the Program.
  1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms under which the Participant enrolls in and completes the CCC Certification Program, as well as to protect the intellectual property, business interests, and integrity of CCC and its affiliated brands.

Enrollment in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  1. Enrollment and Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Complete all registration and payment requirements.
  • Provide accurate and current information during enrollment.
  • Agree to all CCC policies and codes of conduct.

CCC reserves the right to refuse or terminate enrollment at its discretion, including for misconduct, dishonesty, or nonpayment.

  1. Payment Terms
  • Tuition fees must be paid in full or under an approved payment plan prior to accessing Program materials.
  • All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided herein.
  • CCC may, at its discretion, offer limited refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances.
  1. Course Access and Completion
  • Participants will receive access to Program materials for the duration of the course and any stated access period thereafter.
  • All coursework, assessments, and assignments must be completed to qualify for certification consideration.
  • CCC reserves the right to modify Program content, schedules, or requirements at any time for quality improvement or compliance reasons.
  1. Certification

Completion of the Program does not automatically grant certification.
To become a CCC Certified Coach, the Participant must:

  1. Successfully complete all required coursework and assessments;
  2. Demonstrate understanding and adherence to CCC’s coaching model and ethics; and
  3. Execute the separate CCC Coach Licensing Agreement upon approval.

Certification is a discretionary decision made by CCC based on performance, conduct, and compliance.

  1. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

All Program materials are the exclusive property of CCC, E1W Media, Mark Friedlander, and/or affiliated contributors.

Participants may access and download materials solely for personal educational use during the course.
Reproduction, resale, public sharing, or use of CCC materials for teaching, coaching, or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless and until a valid CCC Coach License has been executed.

  1. Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared by CCC, its instructors, or other participants during the Program.
This includes but is not limited to course content, teaching methods, client examples, and peer discussions.

  1. Conduct and Dismissal

Participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and integrity throughout the Program.
CCC reserves the right to remove any Participant who:

  • Engages in disruptive or unethical behavior;
  • Violates confidentiality or intellectual property rules;
  • Fails to meet attendance or participation requirements.

No refunds will be provided for dismissal due to misconduct.

  1. Disclaimers
  • The Program is educational in nature and is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or legal advice.
  • CCC does not guarantee any specific results, career outcomes, or client success following certification.
  • Participants assume full responsibility for their own learning, decisions, and professional conduct.
  1. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCC, E1W Media, Mark Friedlander, and any instructors, contributors, or affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from their participation in the Program or subsequent coaching activities conducted independently.

  1. Termination and Refund Policy

CCC may suspend or terminate a Participant’s enrollment for cause, including nonpayment, misconduct, or breach of this Agreement.  There is NO REFUND of any kind once course is paid for.  Our refund policy is strict in that there is NO REFUND.

In the event of a curable breach, CCC shall provide written notice, allowing the Participant fourteen (14) calendar days to correct the violation to CCC’s satisfaction.
Failure to cure within that period may result in termination and there will be NO REFUND of any amount.

  1. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Broward County, Florida before a single neutral arbitrator authorized by the AAA.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class-action proceeding.

  1. Relationship to Other CCC Agreements

Upon successful completion of the CCC Certification Program:

  • The Participant must execute the CCC Coach Licensing Agreement to obtain authorization to use CCC materials, branding, and intellectual property in a professional coaching capacity.
  • All future use of CCC platforms, tools, or digital resources shall also be subject to the CCC Platform Terms & Conditions, available at www.cccmastery.com/terms.

These three agreements — this Enrollment Agreement, the Coach Licensing Agreement, and the Platform Terms & Conditions — collectively form the complete legal framework governing participation in CCC programs.

  1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the referenced CCC Coach Licensing Agreement and CCC Platform Terms & Conditions, constitutes the entire understanding between CCC and the Participant and supersedes all prior communications regarding certification enrollment.

  1. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the CCC Certification Program and submitting payment, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement in full.
